  2. Your ID and password will be sent to your registered email address

  3. Log in on the Life Skills app page

  4. For personal use, you can use it as it is.

  5. If you are using it as a team or group, you need to set the group (please contact us).

  6. Set personal goals (long-term, medium-term, short-term)

  7. Session input (filling in daily activity goals, looking back on the day)
